Antique Chandeliers
We have the largest selection of antique chandeliers in the greater Metro Detroit area. The traditional production of crystal chandeliers was extremely labor-intensive. The hand-cut crystals feature far more complex faceting than those found on today's machine-cut components and the crystal used in older fixtures typically has a higher lead content. The differences in material and craftsmanship translate into a softer, yet more sparkly, light. Judy Frankel travels to Europe several times a year and personally selects each of the antique chandeliers and ceiling fixtures offered to our clients. We have Art Deco, Art Nouveau, Italian giltwood, Murano glass, Venetian glass, Fer Forge, Victorian, French, brass, bronze, silver, mirrored, gothic, Midcentury, and folk art chandeliers in a wide variety of sizes and styles. Unless noted otherwise, all of our antique chandeliers have been rewired and converted from European to American electric standards.
