Folk Art
Finding unusual folk art is one of the most rewarding pleasures of antique hunting. Generally created by people with no formal artistic training, folk art encompasses a wide range of objects crafted with the traditional techniques of a particular region, culture or industry. Folk art typically consists of practical, utilitarian objects with an inherent beauty or charm.
