In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for the purchase price, (less credit card fees) provided your item is returned in the same condition as when purchased.
Should you wish to return an item, notify us within 48 hours of receipt and ship the item back to us, fully insured, at your own expense within 7 days.
Items purchased locally may be returned within 5 days for store credit only. Items must be returned in original condition with a valid store receipt. For the return of larger items such as furniture, fees for pick up or delivery are the responsibility of the client.
Judy Frankel Antiques stands behind all our merchandise and attempts to describe each piece as accurately as possible. Measurements, unless otherwise noted, are in inches.
Item Approval Policy
Local clients may take items on approval for 72 hours. Clients taking items for approval will be required to provide either a check or credit card approval for the full purchase amount. The client will be responsible for any expenses related to the pick up and delivery of larger approval items such as furniture.
Although we make every effort to keep our online inventory updated, we have a large local clientele; unsold items featured on our website may be on hold in our showroom or checked out on approval. Please verify availability of online inventory by emailing or calling us at 248-649-4399.
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, cash, business check, money orders or wire transfer.
We reserve the right to hold all merchandise until full payment has been received and until checks have cleared.
All orders delivered to a Michigan address are subject to state sales tax unless we have a current resale certificate on file.
