Alfred Hendrickx for Belform Mid Century Rosewood Wall Unit
Monumental mid century rosewood wall unit designed by prominent Belgian designer/architect Alfred Hendrickx for Belform circa 1960. Belform did not export these pieces to the United States and this piece is an unusually large version of these wall units. Rosewood veneer with adjustable components. Unit includes two fold down front desk units, a hinged cabinet with a single interior shelf, adjustable open shelves, a three drawer unit and a section with glass shelves. Overall excellent condition with a few minor notable flaws: The left side desk unit has a few minor chips in the black laminate work surface, the right hand bottom shelf has a couple rough spots where the finish has worn off - near the dark burls. The components can be adjusted to your liking.
