19th C Louis Philippe Ebonised Chest With Marble Top

Found in France, this Louis Philippe style commode or chest of five drawers dates from the 1860s. Classic styling with a new, ebonized finish. Brass hardware and trim on the feet, sides and drawer fronts. Marble top is a creamy white with streaks of grey and apricot. All drawers have escutcheons and functional locks. Three keys included. Unknown maker.
