Hand Cut Crystal Tazza with Etched Design and Scalloped Rim

Circa 1920s heavy hand cut crystal tazza found in England but believed to be Dutch in origin. The bowl has cut starburst and etched grape vine designs and a rolled form scalloped edge. The supporting shaft has beveled panels and a base with scalloped edges and an etched starburst design on the underside. There are a few very minor nicks on the scalloped rim and there is some wear/rub marks on the underside of the base. Unknown maker.
