Large 19th C English Painted and Carved Bench

Found in England, this circa 1880s bench has seven legs, a front stretcher and four back rest panels with carved details at the top. May originally have been a church pew but we can’t be sure. Pale muted pumpkin color paint does not appear to be original finish - this is how the bench was found. Unknown maker. Very sturdy and structurally solid.
