Designer Amanda Wolfe sets the stage for her vignette with a vivid wallpaper mural from the Westfall & Kitson Collection at Detroit Wallpaper. The neutral tones of the thick, creamy wool carpet and streamlined taupe chenille sofa from RJ Thomas Ltd along with the sculptural Italian pottery balance the bling of the mirrored Jacques Adnet Deco-era coffee table and chrome-framed Bauhaus blue velvet arm chairs. The long, lean midcentury desk does double duty as a console and who doesn’t love a Stilnovo chandelier?View Mix Vignette
Amanda Wolfe has been practicing Interior Design for over 15 years. Having a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from Michigan State University and wide range of work experience, Amanda has developed expertise in designing spaces for most lifestyles. With commercial, hospitality and residential projects in her portfolio, each experience is as unique as the client.
For Amanda, the most important aspect of each project is connecting with the client and turning their interpretations into a reality. Her main goal is to provide comfortable and functional spaces that feel like home while still encouraging her clients to take risks.
Bringing life and vitality to a space is what awakens the spirit. Helping to find colors and textiles that evoke emotion in her clients is what Amanda strives for. Beauty is found in so many aspects of life: art forms, nature, light, color and textures. While the combinations are endless, creating designs with a balance of form and function is the goal for each and every one of Amanda’s projects.
