The Club Lounge - A New Take on the Traditional Family Room

With sophistication and insight into the changing lives of baby boomers, Lee Gilles creates the new family room.  The children have permanently moved out and finally, this room can be all the parents wanted! The Club Lounge is wood paneled and lit with two large Murano glass fixtures and six combinations of ornate antiqued brass and crystal sconces.

The flat screen TV hangs over a black lacquered console and is flanked by white leather Deco tub chairs.  A collection of old crystal decanters sits on a Bespoke black modern 50” console with brass detail.  The English mahogany square writing table serves as a desk or game table.  An eclectic painting and glass collection and library of old books surround a pair of 19th century aged brown leather club chairs.  The objects in The Club Lounge reflect the lifestyle, taste, travels and passions of the homeowners.
