Staci Meyers Vignette

Designer Staci Meyers has mixed midcentury and contemporary pieces to create a vignette accentuated by soft curves and crisp angles. Pulling the whole color palette into focus is a large abstract patterned rug from RJ Thomas Ltd. The deep blue walls provide contrast for the midcentury wall unit’s warm teak tones and vintage white Bavarian porcelain vases. The pair of contemporary graphic butterfly prints have gilded accents that echo the round brass and glass cocktail table. Beneath the prints is a new narrow console displaying a contemporary iron sculpture and vintage wooden artist’s models. The two-piece vintage sectional in charcoal velvet will seat four, but the pair of leather and iron stools provide extra seating that can be tucked away. The custom Italian alabaster light fixtures are available exclusively through Judy Frankel antiques and the books shown are from the designer’s own collection.
